HR Indiana Interplay attendees laud session as conference’s best

An Advantage team, together with creator Brent Snow, brought the house down after they presented the popular Interplay simulation to HR Indiana 2016, one of the largest human resources conferences in the U.S.

"At the end, participants jumped to their feet, applauded loudly, and asked us to come back next year," said Indianapolis-based Advantage Partner Chuck Quakenbush. "The event was very well received."

In their session, 135 attendees competed head to head as they acted as CEOs in a fast-paced, experiential learning environment that has been called “an MBA in a Day.” Advantage partners Quakenbush, Irv Stern, Bennett Phillips, and Libby Macomber joined Snow and independent facilitator Sean Murray to present a custom version of Interplay that features a complex leadership training scenario.

"Irv was fantastic leading from the front of the room, and Brent, Bennett, and Sean were great during the breakout sessions to keep everyone on track." Quakenbush said. "The next days after the session, Libby and I both received calls from attendees who reached out to us before we could contact them."
