Last week, we invited some leaders in learning & development to join us for a roundtable discussion. We wanted to find out how they’ve been doing and what the future of work looks like for their organizations in the shadow of one of the biggest socio-economic challenges of all time.

A total of 46 participants across 25 industries joined us for an hour and a half to share the silver linings and unexpected opportunities they’ve discovered from the COVID-19 shutdown of 2020, the pivots to new or existing initiatives they’ve had to make, and their plans for restoring a rhythm to their future.
