The future of OUR work

The goodie boxes, some marked “do not open until you’re told,” arrived over the past couple of weeks, and today is the day we get to peek inside as we kick off our annual Advantage National Sales Meeting this afternoon with a virtual cocktail party and toasts.

The theme of our 2022 NSM (as we affectionally call it) is The Future of OUR Work, and this is the second time we’ve had to gather virtually instead of at locations that have included Austin, Chicago, Nashville, New Orleans, and Huntington Beach.

And while we miss getting together in person, the team has gone above and beyond again this year to make our Zoom-powered gatherings over the next 2 weeks as fun and engaging as possible with props, snacks, an exciting agenda, and even some champagne.

Advantage partners, team members, and thought leaders from across the U.S. will meet in 6 sessions over 4 days to do some self-reflection, share success stories, learn some new things, celebrate with some awards, and – most importantly – envision the future we plan to create together.

It’s vital work that will inspire and guide us for the rest of this year, and it has become all the more crucial in the face of the ongoing, unprecedented challenges our clients are facing in the world today. We want to be as ready and able as we can be so that we can continue to help organizations develop great people who can do the best work of their lives.

It’s a privilege and a purpose we don’t take lightly.
