We were recently thrilled to learn that two of our clients, AstraZeneca and Woodard & Curran, would share coveted 2024 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards with us for initiatives we collectively brought to life that have made a difference in their organizations.

Advantage Partner Kristina DiStasio with help from our parent company BTS led an initiative for global biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca to enhance the leadership, influence, executive presence, and communication skills of its leaders, while fostering a community of practice among peers.

And Advantage Partner Suzie Ramirez helped Woodard & Curran deploy a strategic, comprehensive sales development journey transcending mere training to assess, mentor, improve, implement, and maintain their client managers’ sales competencies. They are an integrated science, engineering, design-build, and operations company specializing in water and environmental projects nationwide.

We love it when we help our clients win, not only awards, but to win in terms of seeing their organization grow, improve, and thrive, and especially in terms of winning that comes from mutual trust, respect, and collaboration.
