Ask any one of us on the Advantage team about what is at the heart of our work, and you’ll no doubt hear some or all of following 4 words that have become part of our organization’s DNA: creativity, collaboration, values, and abundance.

Rarely if ever does a week go by when we don’t find ourselves thinking of and acting on those watchwords in our work together and on behalf of the clients we serve.

We’re a close-knit, small group, and we’ve found that we’re at our best when we’re working together. In fact, Better Together was the theme of our last national sales meeting when we gathered in San Antonio this past March.

As a group of independent entrepreneur partners and support team members located throughout the U.S. and in a couple of spots beyond, we’ve always liked being part of Advantage Performance Group, but the onset of the pandemic became a catalyst for us to more fully claim our collective power. That’s when we began our Monday “check-ins” via Zoom to see how everyone was faring.

We liked those Monday calls, and we’ve continued them every week since, often inviting a thought leader from our network to join us to provide us with their latest updates or simply signing on to share stories, cheer on a colleague, or brainstorm a challenge. We look forward to inviting some clients, too, in the future.

What is now our Monday tradition was set in motion by our president and CEO Jonathan Hodge. We’re grateful for his leadership as well as for each other.
