Advantage Performance Group is pleased to announce its first-ever Certification in Practical Leadership for 2025, allowing leaders and aspiring leaders from any organization to enroll individually in our most popular and valuable foundational leadership experiences normally available only to organizations. Complete each of 4 courses to earn your certification* from Advantage.

Enrollment is only $500 per course per person, or save 10% and pay just $1,800 if you enroll in all 4 at once. Each course is offered virtually once per quarter. Coursework must be completed in 2025 to be eligible for certification. Individuals may also enroll one or more single courses.

Developed with Liz Wiseman and based on her groundbreaking bestseller, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, this is the official simulation and learning journey from our thought leader partners at BTS that helps you develop a Multiplier mindset and offers techniques for enriching how you inspire and equip people do their best work and for avoiding "diminishing" behaviors that unintentionally block their potential.

Wiseman's book puts more than a decade of research at your fingertips on how the world's best leaders lead. And the official simulation based on her book has been helping turn leaders into Multipliers since 2016.

Now newly refreshed and updated for a more contemporary work context and the new world of work that leaders are having to navigate post-pandemic, the Multipliers Simulation 2.0 has never been more relevant.

Symphony

Manage an encore-worthy performance by systematically leading your team to high levels of engagement and productivity. Symphony, from our thought leader partners at BTS, helps organizations accelerate business results. This experiential program uses adult learning methods to equip managers with tools and skills to assess, plan, and manage individual and team performance.

There is never a guarantee that leaders and professionals will always make good decisions, even in the most benign circumstances. Being able to consistently make high-quality decisions in challenging circumstances is an even rarer skill.

Drawing on the most recent research in neuroscience, decision theory and behavioral economics, Decision Mojo™ from our thought leader partners at 10.000 Feet, helps us recognize key cognitive traps that can cause sub-optimum decisions and teaches specific strategies for avoiding the traps and making more effective decisions.

Decision Mojo is highly interactive and practical decision-making learning lab. Throughout the workshop, key techniques for creating immediately actionable learning are employed and participants leave the course with a set of tools to help them apply what they learned as they continue to refine their decision-making skills.

Apples & Oranges

CELEMI Apples & Oranges™ is a ready-made learning experience designed to help participants get a big-picture understanding of how their decisions and actions affect financials.

Participants learn from each other while solving facilitator-led business dilemmas together. The highly interactive simulation is closely tied to their reality. A variety of challenges and some fun competition help participants learn by doing.

Teams learn how to monitor cash flow, better utilize resources, and make productivity improvements. They will also measure results in the balance sheet and profit & loss statement. While exploring the factors that impact a company’s financial statements, they will develop a solid business sense that can help guide their future decisions in everyday work.
