Strategy to quickly prepare new managers wins silver for Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology

SAN RAFAEL, CA - In partnership with 1st90 and SAP SE, Advantage Performance Group has won a 2020 Brandon Hall Group Silver Award for Excellence in Technology for a leadership learning journey that speeds up time-to-performance after a promotion. The collaboration earned recognition in the category of Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology.

Accelerating time-to-performance 
Instead of waiting months before a new leader is able to attend one of SAP’s pre-sales leadership academies, SAP is quickly preparing new managers by having them learn foundational skills via the 1st90 mobile learning performance platform. 1st90 provides 5-10 minutes of daily learning along with SAP-specific job aids, which are customized into the mobile app to help new managers apply the learning with their teams.

This mobile learning engagement allows managers to succeed in their new role from Day 1 and more fully within the first 90 days, during which their ability to build trust with their team and implement lasting good practices for success typically depends.
