Advantage Performance Group welcomes a new partner, Selen Turner

A seasoned talent development leader and HR executive specializing in crafting holistic HR strategies that drive organizational success, Selen Turner officially joined Advantage Performance Group as a new partner on August 1. She formerly held leadership roles in HR, talent management, and development with organizations including Mastercard and global medical device pioneer Cordis.
Through those and other roles, Selen has ushered diverse teams through culture transformations and implemented award-winning programs. Her passion for creating inclusive workplaces and empowering teams extends to designing innovative strategies to foster growth and excellence. Her extensive background in HR together with academic rigor makes her a sought-after advisor and speaker.

A native of Turkey, Selen and her husband, Andie, share their Florida home in greater Palm Beach with two rescue dogs. She is looking forward to completing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2025 while contributing research on how DEI is affecting African American women in the workplace.
