SAN RAFAEL, CA - Advantage Performance Group is happy to welcome Steven Orova as a new partner. Based in the Philadelphia area, Steven specializes in strategic planning and execution as well as leadership development and sales effectiveness.
"Steven and I overlapped for a few years in a previous organization. I was always amazed by his client-centricity, incredible consultative skills, and even tried to emulate his talent at building relationships," said Jon Hodge, Advantage president and CEO. Steven has led strategy and leadership development programs across a variety of industries for some of the world’s most prestigious companies including J&J, MetLife, Accenture, Verizon, Boeing, Dow Chemical, and ConocoPhillips. Two of his most recent engagements include helping:
- A leading medical instruments company plan for and build alignment during a major reorganization.
- Top retailer implement a cultural transformation.
Before joining Advantage, he held various leadership roles at leading talent development organizations including MindGym, BTS, and The Regis Company. He has also held leadership positions at a range of venture-backed startups and continues to act as an advisor and executive coach for startups and entrepreneurs.
Steven graduated with honors both from Drexel University and from Columbia Business School. When not traveling for business, he resides in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys skiing, running and mountain biking.
