Massimo has spent several years as a learning and development practitioner in multiple companies. He recently left the employee world to become an entrepreneur as a leadership development coach and facilitator.
In this episode, Massimo Backus defines compassionate leadership and why the concept of self-compassion is important to good leadership. He then dives into the three main components of the principle of self-compassion and why they are especially important for leaders.
