Andy’s guest is Michele Lau, who has 18 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, HR, and talent management for public businesses and NGOs across education, transportation, hospitality, and public safety industries. She’s also worked on multiple continents, including Europe, Australia, Asia, and North America. Her current role is with the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport where she serves as the Performance Manager with scope over organizational and employee development, retention programs, performance systems, DEIB, and workforce planning.
