Andy’s guest is Kiana Davari, Head of People for Sorare. Sorare is a global online fantasy football game leveraging NFTs and blockchain technology. It’s a startup with about 30 employees based in Paris, and Kiana is charged with growing the team in Europe and the U.S. to strengthen their position as the dominant global player in the NFT space. Prior to joining Sorare, Kiana Davari was the Head of Rideshare and International Talent at Lyft, and she was also the company’s first recruiter in 2013.
