Lori Urban joins the Advantage team

Advantage is proud to welcome Lori Urban as the newest addition to our team. Lori officially joined the Advantage team as a partner on May 16, 2016, and will expand our capabilities well beyond her home base of Philadelphia.

Lori joins us with more than 22 years of experience improving leadership, sales and business acumen. Lori has successfully led teams in leadership and collaboration, talent development strategy, strategic alignment and execution, and sales force effectiveness.

A consultant and facilitator with extensive experience designing and delivering learning, Lori specializes in inspiring and equipping senior leaders, managers and performers to create meaningful business impact. She has partnered with several global organizations in developing talent across the enterprise, improving their talent pipeline and performance.
