Janice Hall is Senior Vice President, Global Sales Capability for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Her role is focused on building best-in-class sales capabilities that increase productivity and improve retention. She brings a unique blend of business and HR experience having worked across both areas throughout her career. Prior to her current role, Janice was the Senior Vice President of Employee Engagement and Organization Effectiveness. In this role, she launched the Global Parental Leave policy, enhanced the Summer Hours program and led the Employee Engagement Survey. She also served as one of the leads for Global HR Transformation.
