By focusing on building killer career management instincts, your people will learn to navigate their career progression in an agile business where the concept of a concrete career ladder is no longer feasible.
Participants will engage in a journey that blends independent learning, live-virtual workshops, a mobile feedback assessment, and small group debriefs. Managers can also participate by attending the preprogram workshop and joining the journey as a coach.
