The Sales Manager Funnel Simulation is a 1-day board simulation composed of 3-4 rounds of interactive decision-making and custom skill-building sessions. The simulation helps sales leaders and managers develop the understanding, behavior, and skills that will enable them to build a more efficient and profitable sales organization.
During the 1-day session, participants work together on teams to work through realistic problem-solving scenarios in which they must manage a sales organization, create a healthy pipeline, and reach their revenue target for the year. The challenge is intensified by a combination of poor company performance in the previous quarter, a sluggish economy, increased competition, and high employee turnover.
Participants must juggle customer planning and networking, allocating time and resources, competency development and training, and account information management and sales administration.
The practice and application of new skills in a contained environment that mirrors their day-to-day life enables participants to gain a “big picture” understanding of how to manage the sales process for maximum profitability. To ensure the immediate application of new skills on the job, participants receive feedback and performance analyses at the end of each simulation session.
The Sales Manager Funnel Simulation can be used as either a stand-alone simulation or in conjunction with other learning programs, skill buildings, or simulations.
