Today, we start week 2 of our Advantage National Sales Meeting, where we are gathering virtually to celebrate, learn, and plan the future of our work. That could not happen without the amazing support of our thought leader partners.

When the pandemic hit, our thought leader partners enthusiastically pivoted with us and went all-in to help us provide weekly free webinars and activities that could help our clients adapt, recharge, and regroup from the disruption.

Since then, they’ve also done an amazing job to update and transition their learning content and simulations to the virtual environment in ways that preserve the fun, experiential nature we had grown so comfortable with at in-person training events. They’ve also gone above and beyond to help us facilitate and deliver those solutions in new ways.

We’ve had clients tell us they’re finding our virtual solutions and learning journeys to be much different and more engaging than anything they’ve seen before, and many of them are also delighted with the scalable roll-outs that now also allow easier participation of global teams through virtual engagement.

In hindsight, we’re finding that what we at first thought could be disastrous has had unexpected silver linings. We’re experiencing some record new growth, we have new stories to share, and the future of our work looks brighter than ever.
