This week, we welcomed two new Advantage partners, Laura Rawls and Stacie Vaillancourt, who once worked together at GE Healthcare. They later worked later as entrepreneurs, growing a franchise business with Orangetheory Fitness to 15 open locations in Atlanta and throughout Georgia in just 5 years.

After selling their business, they moved on to become executives, Stacie remaining with the company’s new owners and Laura for another private equity firm.  This move allowed each of them to elevate their leadership and business development talents even further.

Now they’re together again as the newest partners at Advantage Performance Group. Laura is based in Atlanta and Stacie in Tampa and Atlanta.

Introducing them on our weekly collaboration Zoom call yesterday, we had invited each of them to share their native genius, a Multipliers strategy for helping leaders learn about and draw out the most from their team members.

Laura described herself as a connector who loves to ask questions, earn people’s trust, and connect the dots to help solve problems.

Stacie said she’s a natural builder in terms of building relationships, strategies, a business, or solutions.

“We always talk about it, and we see it, and we feel it with every new team member that joins Advantage. It’s not just a ‘plus-one.’ There’s a factorization that comes into play,” Advantage President & CEO Jonathan Hodge said on the call.

“You all elevate US,” he continued. “You bring in your expertise, your native genius, and we can’t wait to tap into it, experience it, and collaborate together. Thank you for choosing us.”
