Investing in your negotiation skills can have huge payoffs, especially for sales teams and others in roles where you need to be able to reach an agreement.
Today we’d like to share a story about a customer in the homebuilding industry who invested in those skills for the members of its critical land team during a period of high growth and expanding markets.
Facing an increasingly competitive housing market and geographical expansion, our customer recognized the need to stay ahead. They aimed to sharpen their team’s ability to negotiate deals, maintain profit margins, and build stronger partnerships, ensuring a solid foundation for growth in the coming years.
Kelvin Yao, our partner in the Washington DC area, curated a solution for them in 2021-2022 tapping into the Just Negotiate workshop from our thought leader partners at Accordence. It worked so well the company just put another 64 team members through the training, with ALL of the post-workshop survey respondents unanimously recommending the workshop.
