Commissioned by LinkedIn, the Forrester Consulting study confirms that strong diversity, equity, and inclusion practices yield impressive sales performance advantages over those with lagging DEI efforts, including:
- A 9% higher sales forecast (vs. 6%)
- More than 2X greater lead-to-sales conversion rates (54% vs. 26%)
- Higher sales attainment (43% vs. 31%)
- Greater customer satisfaction (a 24% increase vs 17%)
We’re not surprised, but we’re thrilled to see the numbers prove that without a doubt, DEI matters more than ever in today’s world.
