Here’s the story – last year, elevateHER, a strategic women’s leadership development initiative at Reprise Digital, won a 2023 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Gold Award in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Best Advance in Leadership Development for Women. We shared the award as co-creators of the initiative with Paradox Strategies, 1st90, and Reprise Digital.
