Hello from beautiful Palm Springs, California, where about 50 of us – Advantage partners, team members, thought leaders, and some of our significant others – have come together from across the U.S. for our 2025 National Sales Meeting.

This week, we’re refining our strategies for the year ahead, hearing about cutting-edge learning content from our thought leader partners, and envisioning how we can best serve YOU as we grow together individually and as a team.

We’re focusing on living our values, what makes us unique in the talent development space, and the ways that we can innovate our way forward. It’s serious work, but we’re also making time to celebrate each other and enjoy some great California weather, scenery, and cuisine.
