Talent Development Tuesday
Building success in talent development – one thought at a time.
Growing our team
“It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.”
Napolean Hill
Today we’re excited to announce that we have a new family member! Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Beth Boone, an Advantage Performance Group partner who resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Beth joins Advantage as a strong and strategic collaborator who loves to help her clients realize higher personal and organizational goals. “I love helping individuals and organizations achieve things they never thought possible, and to see leaders helping their people do more and tap into their greater potential,” she says.
“The entire APG family is fortunate to have such a talented professional as Beth joining the team,” says Advantage President & CEO Jonathan Hodge. “Not only does she share our core values, something we take very seriously here at Advantage, she brings a superpower around communications and presentation skills which will benefit clients across the APG network.”
Formerly the vice president of global accounts at Mandel Communications and before that at corporate visions company Bay Group International, Beth brings special expertise in communication and presentation skills and leadership development as well as more than 15 years of excellence in consultative client care and support.
Earlier in her career, she was an accomplished sales management leader at Paychex, where she helped lead teams to high sales goals and company achievement levels.
As a learning & development partner with Advantage, Beth says she’s looking forward to making a bigger, global impact by mapping our network of best-in-class learning experiences to fit the needs of her clients.
Welcome, Beth! We’re glad to have you aboard!
Do you know someone who might be a good fit for our team? Contact us or talk to your Advantage partner to learn more about us. We’re looking for a few (more) great entrepreneurs.
One great thing for 01.24.23 – Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 Talent Development Think Tank Conference, scheduled for February 22-23 at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country.
