Because many of us have been in various levels of confinement over the past few weeks, it becomes easy to lose sight of the community around us and those who serve it.

This “new normal” brings critical challenges to organizations and individuals who, less than one month ago, were out every day trying to make the world a better place.

The National Center for Charitable Statistics (NCCS) calculates that there are nearly 1.5 million non-profit organizations within the U.S. While many of those include chambers of commerce, civic leagues, and large organizations, there are tens of thousands of private foundations and community-organized non-profit groups who rely entirely upon charitable giving to fulfill their mission. They typically do not have endowments or capital resources to successfully weather the next 30-90 days.

These organizations are no doubt under siege right now, and we’d like to help them by asking for your help.

Advantage Performance, in partnership with our friends at 1st90, has created Leading Virtually in Challenging Times, a mobile app that helps leaders learn critical behaviors in just 5-10 minutes/day over 30 days.

While this solution is commercially available to all organizations, we’d like to make it available free of charge through May 31 to small, non-profit organizations who are struggling to bring their teams and their missions successfully through this crisis.
