One of the most rewarding parts of putting together our series of learning events has been connecting with and hearing from you –finding out that you enjoyed the time you spent with us, or knowing that you found value in what we shared.

We also enjoy seeing the meaningful connections that begin and grow as part of every event, among our own team members, with our thought leaders, and especially with you. And we really love it when we see participants learn and connect with each other as part of the public learning experiences we have offered.

As we plan our calendar for the coming year, we want to be especially mindful of what you’d like to see us do more of, less of, or do differently. We know your time is valuable, and we also know that there is much we can share. We’re looking to make more connections in 2024, and also to make them more meaningful and valuable for you. Can you please answer 4 short questions to help us give you what you want and need?

Since the onset of the pandemic and beyond, with the help of our generous and skillful thought leader partners, we’ve made sharing our resources with you a priority. In 2020, we pivoted together to meet challenging times. In 2021, we re-imagined and created a new future as those times evolved, and we featured a back-to-school leadership series as people returned to work. In 2022, we we did a series on our greatest hits. For 2023, we’ve focused on what we had been hearing that you needed: To be productive again and more innovative while facing an uncertain and challenging economy, tight budgets, and a changing, hybrid work force.


What’s next?
 Are you tired of or bored with Zoom?  Eager to get out and about? Finding yourself more pressed for time than ever? What’s at the top of your worry list for 2024? How can we help?

These are still uncertain times. Now more than ever, says our thought leader partner/Harvard Business School Professor Dr. Linda Hill at Paradox Strategies, leaders need to look outward and upward to build their networks and create an environment that’s ripe for agile and creative problem-solving.
