Candice Carter, a cybersecurity expert at Novavax, was listening to Brent Snow describe decision traps or mental shortcuts that can derail good decision-making during a session of  Decision Mojo™ when the proverbial lightbulb went off. She realized that what Brent was describing are the same behaviors cybercriminals often exploit to trick us into clicking a malicious link or opening a virus-infected file.
