Talent Development Tuesday
Building success in talent development – one thought at a time.
Psychological safety
Physical safety is top of mind as our world begins to emerge from the COVID-19 crisis, but psychological safety is just as important, perhaps now more than ever.
Psychological safety is a workplace climate enabled by emotional intelligence that allows people to take risks, learn from mistakes, give candid feedback, and innovate.
When your environment is not psychologically safe, people tend to keep ideas to themselves out of fear of being ridiculed, they don’t give candid feedback, and because they fear for their job, they enter into self-preservation mode.
It’s an atmosphere that also applies to our personal lives at home.
During these challenging times, Advantage Performance Group with our thought leader partners at BlueEQ™ would like to help everyone grow their emotional intelligence, especially skills that foster an environment of psychological safety.
Please join us for a complimentary webinar this Thursday, May 7, 2020, at Noon Eastern on Leading with Psychological Safety: Building resilience and stress tolerance in times of crisis with Michael Gillespie, founder and CEO of BlueEQ.
Register for the webinar and get access to the BlueEQ emotional intelligence self-assessment and training completely free for individuals – for you, your family members and friends, people in your circle of trust – throughout the month of May.
Help us reach others with valuable tools that can help ease the pain and stress brought on by COVID-19 and help you prepare for what’s next.
