Talent Development Tuesday
Building success in talent development – one thought at a time.
We are honored
“All of us come to work daily focused on a singular goal – how can we provide development experiences that allow every participant to do the best work of their lives? Once again being acknowledged with this great recognition, our efforts and purpose are validated and our spirits are bolstered!”
– Jonathan Hodge, Advantage President & CEO
Last week, we learned we had been named to Training Industry’s 2023 Leadership Training Watchlist for the 8th time in 9 years. This special recognition is also the 19th award we have garnered in the past 7 years.
These honors make us happy, mainly because they confirm what we know they truly represent, that we are making a difference in the world of our clients as we work day in and day out to fulfill our mission to help organizations develop great people.
We especially like it when we share awards with our customers:
An initiative we helped implement to build an inclusive culture at Kroger earned a 2022 Brandon Hall Group bronze award for diversity, equity, and inclusion, an honor we shared with Kroger and our thought leader partners at 10,000 Feet.
Another Inclusive Leader initiative with 10,000 Feet at Synopsys earned a 2021 Brandon Hall Group bronze award for DEI.
In 2020, we shared a Brandon Hall Group silver award for Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology for work done with SAP and our thought leader partners at 1st90.
The same year, an Advantage collaboration with Western & Southern Financial Group to build a culture of Multipliers earned a Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in learning.
Reach out to your Advantage partner or contact us to learn more about some of our award-winning initiatives on behalf of our clients. We’d love to start something great with you.
One great thing for 04.11.23 – The One Habit podcast from our thought leader partners at 1st90
Tyler Ellison – The Art of Listening – An executive with experience leading companies in logistics, manufacturing and technology, Tyler believes that problem solving and critical thinking begins not with hearing, but with listening.
