This week we’re happy to introduce our newest member of the Advantage team. Suzie Ramirez, who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, officially joined our family and became an Advantage partner last week.

A seasoned professional in talent development, a global sales leader, and a Deloitte alumni, her specialties include leadership development, business acumen, and sales mastery.

Yesterday, Advantage partners from across the U.S. joined our weekly collaboration call via Zoom to welcome Suzie and share their best advice for helping her get started, as well as one thing they wish they had known when they began their careers here. Here are some highlights:
