A couple of weeks ago, we invited you to register for our upcoming discussion on the future of work by sharing what work is like right now at your organization. Here are a few highlights from what we’re hearing so far about your biggest challenges:

  • “Being in healthcare, how to care for our team members who are emotionally, physically, and spiritually exhausted from the last year and a half, and for many leaders how to care for them remotely.”
  • “Making sure that everyone feels included now that we have a workforce that will not be in the office and interacting the way we used to. Pay disparity. Those staff coming into the office more frequently now have to commute, pay for parking, transportation, etc… Staff working remotely do not have any of these expenses.”
  • “How do we combat ‘Zoom fatigue’ and other symptoms of burnout as the dividing line between work and home life has blurred into non-existence?”
  • “The rate in which we can attract talent into the organization while we are in the ‘Great Resignation.’ “
  • “The engagement and connection factor with hybrid teams. That along with helping employees new to the work force, how to assimilate them, help them understand what ‘professional’ looks like, etc.”
  • “Continue building organizational culture. Many seasoned employees feel it can only be accomplished on site.”
  • “Offering learning options that are impactful. Some employees prefer in-person but with it isn’t always feasible for a remote worker.”
