Stacie Vaillancourt

I am honored to be joining the team at Advantage Performance Group.  From my first conversations with a few APG Partners, I immediately knew this organization had the purpose driven values and solutions that I was looking for in a company.  Joining this consulting group provides an incredible opportunity for me to channel my 27 years of business experience into helping companies develop their most valuable asset, their people.  I’m excited to partner with organizations to drive growth, enhance leadership, and unlock their full potential for long-term success.

• Prior to becoming an entrepreneur with a franchise business, Stacie spent over 17 years gaining experience in business development, sales and operations in the healthcare industry working for various software and technology companies including GE Healthcare, AllscriptsMisys, Patterson Dental and HealthStream Inc.
• She left GE Healthcare to pursue a franchising opportunity with Orangetheory Fitness in Atlanta, GA, grew the business to 15 open locations from 2013 to 2018 and became the area representative of Georgia prior to completing the sale of the business to a private equity firm.  During this 5-year period, she was responsible for overseeing sales, operations, training, and new development of owned locations while also providing support to other franchisee locations in Georgia.
• After selling the company in 2018, she stayed on with the new company for 5 years as the COO and later the CAO. Her responsibility during this time included overseeing business operations, franchise compliance, HR, and southern UK operations for one year.  During this 5-year period the company grew to 142 locations with over 1,500 employees across 12 states.
• Native of North Carolina, she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from North Carolina State University.
